I believe every pregnancy is a precious gift from God, and that belief shapes the way I walk alongside parents — through pregnancy, through birth, and into the season that follows.
How I serve
Compassionate, encouraging support — for both of you.
I offer doula support for couples across Northern Colorado throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum — and, as a certified lactation specialist, hands-on help with feeding in those first weeks at home. Not a checklist and not a script — steady company for two people walking into something that will change them.
My Biblical worldview shapes how I show up. I’m not there to manage your birth or talk you into a particular version of it, but to help you meet it with peace instead of fear.

Full support
Birth Doula Services
Prenatal preparation, on-call availability from 37 weeks, and continuous presence through labor and birth — plus postpartum visits once you’re home, with lactation support built into select packages.

Private Support Sessions
One-on-one time for birth preparation or postpartum — whether or not you’re hiring a doula. Book a single session or an ongoing series.
Feeding support
Lactation Support
In-home and prenatal breastfeeding support from a certified lactation specialist — latch, positioning, and the questions that come up in the early days. No doula package required.

A class for couples preparing for a natural birth, taught in partnership with Wildflower Midwifery.
Why me
I’ve been where you are — three times, at home.
Before birth work I spent 20 years in clinical social work, much of it sitting with women through infertility, miscarriage, pregnancy anxiety, and the emotional weight of postpartum. That work taught me how to stay steady in a room where something hard is happening.
I’ve also had three home births of my own, and attended births as both a doula and a midwife assistant. Between the two, I can help you face fear, find peace, and draw on God’s strength — not from theory, but from having needed it myself.
