Hi! I’m Jenny Hedrick, a doula serving families across Northern Colorado. I bring 20 years of experience in mental health, walking alongside women through infertility, miscarriage, pregnancy anxiety, and the emotional ups and downs of the postpartum season. That background shapes the way I support every family — with steadiness, empathy, and a deep respect for the journey you’re on.

I’ve had three home births of my own, and I’ve supported friends in their home births as both a doula and a midwife helper. Those experiences gave me a firsthand understanding of how powerful, sacred, and deeply personal birth can be.

I’m currently working toward my Birth Doula Certification and Lactation Specialist Certification through the DNT Network. Even though doulas aren’t required to be licensed or certified, I believe ongoing training matters — and I want the families I serve to benefit from both professional expertise and practical experience.

I believe birth is a holy and intentional design of God, a moment where His presence is near and powerful. As your doula, I come alongside you with calm, consistent support—emotionally, physically, and practically—through pregnancy, labor, and the postpartum season. My background as a mental health therapist, along with my own home birth experiences, allows me to be a guide as you face fears, find peace, and draw on God's strength. With me by your side, you’ll have someone who listens, encourages, and gently reminds you of the courage and hope available in Christ—so your birth story is one marked by confidence, care, and peace.
